  • Jon Heyman is reporting that the A's are one of the teams still involved in the Orlando Cabrera chase. If the A's can add Holliday, Giambi and Cabrera is one offseason, you would have to consider it a success. Still, Oakland signing all these players seem strange, as they typically don't make a big offseason splash, let alone three.
